It’s no hidden fact that many people are looking for diet plan that can them lose weight, drop bodyfat, build some extra lean muscle, and above all else, be healthy. Carb cycling is exactly that.
I actually stumbled upon carb cycling myself in the course of my own nutrition and workout journey. It wasn’t anything I read research on or was told about. Rather, crab cycling was something that I just sort of found myself doing after periods of trial and error – especially with what all the ‘gurus’ said was ‘supposed’ to work.
Having gotten much of my early training education from bodybuilding magazines, I always thought you had to eat a ton of carbs in your diet. The problem is that eating like this always made me feel bloated, too full, and lethargic. When the lo-carb craze hit, I messed with that, but found that to be too far in the other direction. So, I started just sort of carb cycling on my own. Some high-carb days, some low-carb days, etc. And I found carb cycling worked great.
Trust me – carb cycling is a diet you want to try. You’ll find it’s easy to stick to, you’ll get great results, and it’s something you can maintain for the rest of your life…
